Global Responsibility = Global Change….................

The year is 2008. It’s predicted that in the next 50 years the average temperature of our earth will increase by nearly 2 degrees, doesn’t sound like much but it’s enough for the icecaps to melt and sealevels to rise. Yes it’s a very worrying prospect, but don’t just sit there biting your fingernails scared of what could happen. The messege to you is; It Isn’t too late! yet it will be soon and the planet we love and call our home will be devastated. So take a leaf out of Jacks book and get enthusiastic! Whether it’s something as simple as riding your bike to work, being effcient with you recycling and keeping a family compost heap or something largrt like organising your own events in your local area to raise awareness and spread the word of All At Once. The world won’t be saved by individuals, but by communities working together. Each and every human being in the western world has responsibility.
I’ll leave you with a quote, it’s by Edmund Burke a great philosopher.
“All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men and women to do nothing.”
So go people! Say no to fossil fuels, singular people in cars and doing nothing!
And yes to making today the day we all held hands and reclaimed what is ours.
Much Love

Awesome post, Will!

Can I ask you a personal question?  How do you explain the fact that at age 14, you care as much as you do?  Who or what has influenced you?  There just seem to be plenty of people (young and old) that don’t pay attention or care.  As a parent who is trying to help my kids understand these things, I am curious if your parents have influenced you and how, or what other experiences you have had that have made an impression.

I would love to hear your insights.  Thanks!
