After School Environmental Program for Grades K-5

I created a great after school program that teaches kids about our earth.
K-5 1.5 hours 1 or 2 days a week.
The Kids loved it.

I am a second grade teacher, and would like to start up an Earth Club at my school for kids 2-5.  Since this will be the first year I was thinking about only having meetings once a month or once every other month.  What kind of activities did you all do after school?
